She attributes her success to her years of extensive training and experience as a Certified Real Estate Specialist, a designation held by less than 4% of Realtors nationwide. LouVera is a specialist in relocation and bank foreclosures, representing corporate clients. Her knowledge and experience have qualified her as a top Realtor, but her sensitivity to meeting others' needs springs largely from her background as a public health nurse for the developmentally disabled, a capacity in which she served for nearly 20 years.
LouVera is a graduate of Dillard University, has raised a family of four children, three daughters and a son, and has seven grandchildren. She has resided in Rancho Cucamonga since 1978.
